Dr. Ida Anjomshoaa
Dr. Ida Anjomshoaa is renowned for her surgical skills and compassion for her patients. Dr. Ida, as her patients like to call her, comes from a multicultural upbringing. By being an active researcher with multiple publications in prestigious journals, such as the Journal of Maxillofacial Surgery, and attending continuing education courses, she continually strives to enhance her patient’s well-being.
After receiving her undergraduate degree, Cum Laude in General Biology, at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), she received her dental doctorate degree at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Anjomshoaa received her specialty certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from The Brooklyn Hospital Center where she served as Chief Resident in her final year and where she continues to maintain privileges treating patients with complicated oral surgical problems.
Dr. Anjomshoaa is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the New York Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. She is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. She diligently attends global medical conferences and collegial forums in order to keep abreast of the latest technologies and therapies within her specialty.
